Does Ambrosia accept returns from a client who has paid for said services?

We do not accept returns. We only allow exchanges if there has been a mistake on Ambrosia's behalf. These include incorrect item given, incorrect color or image placement, or damaged item. Other exceptions can be made, please feel free to contact us via email at ambrosiabykn@gmail.com to submit a claim. Ambrosia may be able to provide store credit in case the item is no longer wanted. Please keep in mind that every item is handmade, and it may have slight errors or textures due to human errors. Only contact ambrosia if your items error affects the result of the item in a significant manner.

If met with an unfortunate circumstance, does Ambrosia issue refunds? 

We do not issue refunds. Items are completely personalized thus cannot be reused or resold. Please look at our returns and exchanges policies and FAQ or contact us via email at ambrosiabykn@gmail.com for further assistance. 

Does Ambrosia take full responsibility if the package/product sent gets lost during the delivery to the client? What evidence must be shown to validate the incident? 

Yes, youmust show the “delivered” notificationgivenbytheshippingcompanyvia email at ambrosiabykn@gmail.com. Theproduct can be sentagainwith a customsticker as a gift.

If the product is no longer wanted, we can refund 60% of the product's price.

What action would be taken if the client does not like the finished product that has been sent to them? 

While Ambrosia cannotacceptreturnsorrefunds, we can recreatetheitemifit is adhesive vinyl productwith no other material addedtoit. No extra cost. Heat transfer orotherhandmadeproductscannot be fixedorrecreatedunless a similar designwouldliketo be added. Iftheitemisfixable, thiswouldcount as a return; pleasereadourreturnpolicies.

Can Ambrosia decline my order? 

Yes. Ambrosia specializes in all custom products and to share, love passion and enthusiasm. If a client asks for a product idea that we simply cannot achieve, Ambrosia will contact you for a simpler version of the idea or a new idea. Only, and if only, we do not match the clients' expectations within this mutual processwill weprovide a full refund if the product has not been started. We can also decline orders from clients who use vulgar vocabulary or have rude behavior. Ambrosia's goal is to spread joy, kindness, and enthusiasm, any client who disrupts that would not be able to receive our services.
