- Does Ambrosia accept returns from a client who’s paid for said services?
- Unfortunately, we do not accept returns unless it is from an error done by Ambrosia. These errors include wrong orders, wrong color, wrong area placement or item ruined. There can be other exceptions so please feel free to contact us via email at ambrosiabykn@gmail.com. All these returns can only be accepted if you want the product back. We may be able to offer store credit in some circumstances. Please keep in mind that every item is handmade, and it may have slight errors or textures due to human errors. Only contact Ambrosia if your item's error affects the result of the item in a significant manner.
- If met with an unfortunate circumstance, does Ambrosia give the option to give back a refund?
- We do not issue refunds. Items are completely personalized thus cannot be reused or resold. Please look at the rest of our returns and exchanges policies and FAQ or contact us via email at ambrosiabykn@gmail.com for further assistance.
- Does ambrosia take full responsibility if the sent package/product gets lost during the delivery to the client? What evidence must be shown to validate the incident?
- Yes, you must show the “delivered” notification given by the shipping company via email at ambrosiabykn@gmail.com. The product can be sent again with a custom sticker as a gift.
- If the product is no longer wanted, we can refund 60% of the products price.
- What action would be taken if the client does not like the finished product that had been sent to them?
- While ambrosia cannot accept returns or refunds, we can recreate the item if they are adhesive vinyl products with no other material added to it. No extra cost. Heat transfer or other handmade products cannot be fixed or recreated unless a similar design would like to be added. If the item is fixable, this would count as a return; please read our return policies.
- Can Ambrosia decline my order?

- Yes. Ambrosia specializes in all custom products made to share love and passion. If a client asks for a product idea that we cannot achieve, Ambrosia will contact you for a simpler version of the idea or a new idea. If client expectations cannot be met within this process, a full refund may be provided. This is not possible if the application process has already begun. We reserve our right to decline orders from clients who use vulgar language or exhibit rude and inappropriate behavior. Ambrosia's goal is to spread joy, kindness, and enthusiasm, any client who disrupts these values is not able to receive our services.
